Do you have moss falling from the roof tiles blocking all of your gutters and making a mess of your garden? Is the rain flowing into your gutters at such a rate causing them to overflow? Has some of the pointing fallen out giving you concern that the roof might leak? Missing and broken tiles?
The Solution:
Have all the moss and debris removed from the roof tiles.
Repointed and broken, missing tiles replaced.
A fungicide is applied to stop any regrowth of moss.
Coated with an ISOIT roof coating in a clear or a colour of your choice.
4 levels of service:
Fungicide Coating - The roof is sprayed with a fungicide wash that will kill the moss and stop further growth.
Wash/Fungicide Coating/Repairs - In addition to the above, the roof is washed off first and any repairs needed such as - tiles and pointing.
Full Service (Clear) - All the above plus a protective clear coat to the whole of the roof.
Full Service (Colour) - All the above plus a protective colour coat to the whole of the roof.
