Our firm was established in 2011 by long-time university friends, Jonathan Starck and Raminder Singh Uberoi. Since then, we have become a 6-partner practice, expanded into financial and mortgage advice through our sister company Starck Uberoi Wealth and have amassed a team of over 20 members of staff. As a result, our solicitors share an enormous berth of experience and expertise which allows us to provide excellent legal services across a wide range of different departments.
While we pride ourselves on our efficiency, our care for our customers extends far beyond just handling their matter. We aim to create long-lasting relationships built on trust with our client so that they know they can come to us again for quick and reliable assistance – we take the time to get to know each client’s circumstances, as we believe an in-depth understanding allows us to provide a better and more bespoke service.
We have been recognised by Lexcel (Legal Practice Quality Mark), which denotes our high standard of work across our departments. In particular, our Wills and Probate department have received Law Society accreditation by WIQS (the Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme) and our Conveyancing department has received accreditation from the CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme).
